该岗位主要职责是支持NGS平台的临床/科研项目，负责NGS数据分析。
The main responsibilities are to run the NGS platform of clinical/research projects, responsible for the NGS data analysis.
1. 负责完成NGS平台的日常检测数据处理、备份和统计，能解决高难度技术问题；
Responsible for the data disposal , back up and statistics of NGS platform routine testing, solve the difficult technical issues.
2. 负责NGS生物信息分析和注释流程的开发、维护和更新，协助其他项目生信相关问题解决；
Responsible for the biogical information analysis annotation process development, maintenance and update, assist other projects to solve the issues.
3. 参与新项目建立，制定并严格执行质量体系确立的工作程序；
Involve in the new project establishment, create and implement according to QMS procedure.
4. 在项目检测流程成本和质量方面，能持续优化和改进提出合理化建议和改进方案并实施；
Continuous to optimize and propose reasonable suggestions and proposals on testing cost saving and quality improvement perspectives.
5. 具备培养和指导数据分析技术人员的能力。
Coach and train other related personnel on data analysis perspective.
6. 关注生物信息国际临床应用与科研动态并整理相关信息，评估转化可行性；
Focus on the biological information status on the internal clinical application and scientific research update, summarize related information and evaluate the feasibility of transformation.
7. 遵纪守法，良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，遵守公司管理的有关规定；
Obey the laws and regulation, cooperate and communicate with team, obey the related regulations of the company.
8. 上级交代的其他任务。

岗位需求
生物信息工程，计算机等相关专业，本科及以上学历
Bachelor or above, Major in clinical medicine, biological information, computer science or related fields
1. 熟知计算机语言，如Perl, Phython, Linux 等
Good knowledge of computer languages, such as Perl, Physon, Linux, and so on.
2. 具备遗传疾病和肿瘤诊断数据开发和使用的技能；
Skills of developing or using data analysis pipelines for inherited diseases and cancer diagnostics.
3. 熟知开发和维护数据库知识；
Knowledge of developing or maintaining databases.
4. 熟知公用临床数据库和NGS数据挖掘技术；
Good knowledge of public clinical databases and NGS data mining.
5. 至少3年及以上相关经验；
Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields.
6. 擅长英语口语和阅读。
Good at English speaking and reading.
