岗位职责
* Interact with OBU counterparts, marketing, 3rd party partners and R&D team to define product requirements
* Translate customer requirements into software product specification.
* Collaborate with R&D to ensure the coverage of design document and test plan could meet the requirements
* Enforce product development process, making sure on-time delivery of product with quality
* Identify new product opportunity and initiate product comparison survey
* Develop product roadmap and expand product portfolio.
* Address customer problem and align product value proposition.
* Adapt to the changing nature of customer requirements and work with agility to make effective adjustment.
岗位要求:
* 3+ year experience in CPE and network device manufacturing industry. Experience in Wi-Fi CPE development would be preferred qualification.
* Fluent in English and Chinese with good communication skill.
* Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines through process improvements and communication practices
* Ability to use hard data and metrics from disparate data sources to measure team performance, determine improvements and innovations
