The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of global mobility processes, excellent research and communication skills, and proficiency in using various digital tools, including AI and VPN services. This role will provide critical support in managing global relocation projects and ensuring seamless operations. ************************************************************************ 部门: 业务拓展及跨境派遣部门 Department: Business Development & Global Mobility Department 汇报对象: 业务拓展部门以及跨境派遣部门经理 Reports To: Business Development & Mobility Manager 主要职责: Key Responsibilities: 1. 根据不同业务板块,甄选并管理供应商,并做价格比对,让每个项目的执行都能平衡服务质量和价格水平。 Select and manage suppliers based on different business segments, and perform price comparisons to balance service quality and price levels for each project. 2. 协助处理国际搬迁事务,包括签证流程、找房服务、国际搬运和跨文化培训。 Assist in handling international relocation tasks, including visa processes, home finding, international moving, and cross-culture training. 3. 根据不同项目的具体要求,进行深入研究并收集数据,以支持项目决策。 Conduct thorough research and gather data based on the specific requirements of various projects to support project decisions. 4. 分析数据,提供可行的洞察和建议,以优化项目流程。 Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize project processes. 5. 准备和呈现清晰且专业的报告、邮件及其他文档,以确保与内部团队和国际客户的有效沟通。 Prepare and present clear and professional reports, emails, and other documents to ensure effective communication with internal teams and international clients. 6. 参加会议并记录会议纪要,确保各方了解项目进展。 Attend meetings and take minutes to ensure all parties are informed of project progress. 7. 创建引人注目且视觉吸引力强的 PowerPoint 方案,以支持项目提案、客户会议和内部审查。 Create compelling and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations to support project proposals, client meetings, and internal reviews. 8. 使用 VPN 服务以确保安全可靠的互联网连接,并保障远程工作的顺利进行。 Use VPN services to ensure secure and reliable internet connections and ensure smooth remote work. 9. 利用 AI 工具(包括 ChatGPT)提高日常工作的效率和生产力。 Utilize AI tools, including ChatGPT, to enhance the efficiency and productivity of daily tasks. 10. 运用逻辑和分析思维能力解决项目中的实际问题,并提供有效的解决方案。 Apply logical and analytical thinking skills to solve practical problems in projects and provide effective solutions. 11. 协助制定改进全球流动部门效率的策略和计划。 Assist in developing strategies and plans to improve the efficiency of the Global Mobility department. 资格要求: Qualifications: - 国际关系、工商管理或相关领域的学士学位。 - Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. - 具有全球派遣、人力资源或相关领域的工作经验者优先。 - Previous experience in global mobility, HR, or a related area is preferred. - 出色的研究和数据分析能力。 - Exceptional research and data analysis skills. - 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件,特别是 PowerPoint。 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint. - 较强的中文及英语书写和口语能力。 - Strong command of Chinese and English, both written and spoken. - 了解 AI 应用并有使用 ChatGPT 或类似工具的经验。 - Knowledge of AI applications and experience using ChatGPT or similar tools. - 优秀的组织和多任务处理能力。 - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - 强大的逻辑思维和解决问题的能力。 - Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
