职位介绍
负责水和楼宇行业产品的技术和功能要求的定义，与公司内部各部门及外部供应商合作，领导和执行产品的开发过程，以达到产品性能、质量与成本的综合目标。具体任务如下：
Responsible for defining the technical and functional requirements of products in the water and building industries, collaborating with various departments within the company and external suppliers, executing the product development process to achieve the comprehensive optimal goals of product performance, quality, and cost. The specific tasks are as follows:
1. 负责产品的供应商的技术能力审核和技术支持能力审核
Responsible for the technical capability audit and technical support capability audit of product suppliers
2. 负责产品样机的检验要求确定
Responsible for determining the inspection requirements for product prototypes
3. 负责产品的样机的符合性审核及签发符合性证书
Responsible for the conformity audit of product prototypes and issuance of conformity certificates
4. 负责产品的全系列样图的审核
Responsible for reviewing the entire series of product approval drawings
5. 负责产品的技术数据审核，如扭矩、推力、流通能力等
Responsible for reviewing technical data of products, such as torque, thrust, flow capacity, etc.
6. 负责产品的供应商的设计规范、制造规范、检验规范的审核
Responsible for reviewing the design specifications, manufacturing specifications, and inspection specifications of product suppliers
7. 负责产品的采购规范、外观规范、标识规范的制定
Responsible for formulating procurement standards, appearance standards, and marking standards for products
8. 负责产品的标准质量控制流程（ITP/QCP）规划
Responsible for planning the standard quality control process (ITP/QCP) for the product
9. 负责产品的产品文件制作，如产品样本、使用说明书
Responsible for the production of product documentation, such as product booklets and user manuals
10. 负责产品的供应商价格的审核和确认
Responsible for reviewing and confirming supplier prices for products
11. 负责产品的标准产品确认图的设计
Responsible for designing the standard product approval drawings for the product
12. 负责产品的特殊设计可行性审查
Responsible for feasibility review of special design of products
13. 负责产品的特殊设计和备品备件的供应商价格审核和确认
Responsible for reviewing and confirming supplier prices for special product designs and spare parts
14. 负责产品的第三方测试和认证、客户测试和认证的处理，，如CE/PED、TSG、API等
Responsible for handling third-party testing and certification of products, customer testing and certification, such as CE/PED, TSG, API, etc.

任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，机械加工类专业优先；
2、在水行业和/或楼宇行业的阀门研发、设计、开发和应用有5年以上工作经验；有双偏心蝶阀、偏心半球阀设计经验者优先考虑；
3、英语CET4级、会使用AutoCAD和某些3D软件，如CFD；
4、熟悉阀门设计标准，例如ASME、GB、DIN/EN等；
5、有责任心、细致耐心、有上进心和主动精神、团队合作精神。
