1.After receiving the sales contract approval from, check and confirm whether our company can meet the requirements of the commercial terms and delivery date of the contract.收到合同评审表后，检查且确认我司是否可以满足合同商务条款和交期要求。

2.Book SO in SAP system in time and release the PO list. Follow up the status of SO and update the delivery date in SAP system, feedback the delivery date to customers and sales.. Chasing and coordinate the prompt delivery internally for the urgent orders, and communicate fully with customers and sales.及时将订单输入SAP系统和释放采购需求。跟踪合同的执行进度和更新系统中发货时间，订单交期确定给客户和销售。对紧急订单进行内部协调和跟踪，并与客户和销售进行充分的沟通。

3.Make monthly sales plan.Track and push the payment date for open sales based on the committed date and sales plan. Prepare the delivery notice to warehouse for delivery arrangement, do delivery in SAP system, release the invoice requirement and related delivery working. 制定每月的销售计划。根据销售订单承诺交货时间和销售计划跟踪和推动付款时间。准备出货通知到仓库安排出货，在SAP系统中进行出货，发布发票要求及相关发货工作。

4.Presenting all documents including packing list and related certificates to customers, and archive the related documents.准备合同要求的相关件给客户，包括装箱单和相关证件，并存档相关文件。

5.Execute sales contract of foreign factories, coordinate and communicate with foreign factories and domestic customers on delivery date 、 documents and pre-delivery arrangement, and coordinate delivery and account commission after delivery. 执行国外工厂的销售合同，与国外工厂和国内客户协调沟通交货期、文件和货前安排，协调发货和货后佣金。

6.Other tasks assigned by supervisor. 上司安排的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、College graduate or above.大专以上学历。

2、Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales administration or sales execution. Experience in L/C operation is a plus.3年以上销售管理或销售执行经验。有信用证操作经验者优先。

3、Solid logistics and trading knowledge, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.扎实的物流和贸易知识，较强的分析和解决问题的能力。

4、Excellent PC skills and data analysis.优秀的电脑操作能力和数据分析能力。

5、Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, capable of working and communicating with a variety of company (all levels) and customers.优秀的人际交往和沟通能力，能够与各种公司(各级)和客户进行工作和沟通。

6、Team work, responsibility as well as service consciousness, Initiative active are required.具有团队合作精神，责任心和服务意识，积极主动。
